Cancellation & Refund:
We only offer cancellation and refund options for our digital products.
Our digital product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Customers are able to ask for a refund without any reason given within the 14-day period after the purchase.
We do not provide any refunds after the 14-day period but customers can still cancel the service to avoid getting charged with the service fee in the future.

Our personal (1-on-1) coaching programs have different terms.
In case of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or billing errors, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit.
Access to Content
In case of a refund, customers will immediately lose access to the purchased service and any content exclusive to paying members.
In case of a cancellation (without a refund), members are still able to access the premium content and all features of the service until the end of the billing cycle.
Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access to the app and its services in the case of a violation of our terms of service or any fraudulent activity.
In the event of suspension or termination, no refund or credit will be provided.
